My time is valuable, and so is yours. No-shows, same-day cancellations, or cancellations within 24 hours are charged 100% of the appointment fee.
You have a 10-minute grace period — after that, your appointment is CANCELED & the full fee is collected. A $10 late fee applies during the grace period.
